Very nice Snider Enfield SAddle Ring Carbine dated 1870
Bore is very clean with strong rifling and some minor pitting closer to the muzzle.
Wood is very good with some thin cracks on the left side.
Action functions well, holding on half and full cock.
The buttplate with regiment or rack markings.
Retains firing pin protector and muzzle plug.
Has mounting screws for absent leather sight protector.
19" barrel and 37" overall. 577/450 caliber.
